Petition for the Distribution of the
$PUMP Community Allocation

Comes now the undersigned holders, who respectfully show:
Whereas, on the 9th day of July, 2025, in conjunction with the public offering, the community was told that an airdrop of the token designated $PUMP was “coming soon”; and
Whereas, not one day later the representation was walked back, the community being advised the distribution would “not be taking place in the immediate future,” a posture that has persisted for over a year and through every roadmap since; and
Whereas, the community understood a meaningful allocation, reported in the vicinity of twenty-four percent (24%) of supply, was owed to the core users whose volume and attention built the platform; and
Whereas, in April of 2026 a sum of approximately $370,000,000 in $PUMP, being roughly thirty-six percent (36%) of circulating supply, was burned rather than distributed to the holders who had waited; and
Whereas, the core users were, in the words entered into the public discourse, never airdropped to, and the singular question “wen airdrop” remains unanswered to this day;
Now, therefore, the undersigned holders do hereby petition for the prompt, verifiable, and good-faith distribution of the community allocation long promised and long deferred.
- 1.That the community allocation represented as 'coming soon' be distributed to verified holders and platform users.
- 2.That a transparent, on-chain snapshot and eligibility methodology be published in advance of any distribution.
- 3.That no further portion of the promised community allocation be burned, diverted, or reallocated while this petition stands.
Upon reaching 10,000 verified signatures, this petition is compiled into a formal instrument and filed on-chain, then delivered to the offices of Baton Corporation Ltd and the pump.fun leadership as a certified record of holder demand. 10,000 signatures remain.
